Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tem-tech-Lab SE1000-SZS-420T1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Texas-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Textron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Textron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Texas-Instruments such as the 22070600001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H025A1866 manufactured by Textron and we are pleased to be able to service most Textron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HU253 by Manufacturer Textron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Textron Brand RU402 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tenor such as 76370015 equipment made by Tenor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tenor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tenor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MTA02360 made by Tempco as well as the popular SHO202 original spares produced by Textron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GHS0080UD602DE4 by Temposonics and 76370015 spares by Tenor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D32912E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thayer.
